Construction material digital chain of custody system
A digital chain of custody system resilient to wireless connectivity disruption includes an electronic database that stores electronic load tickets, a server, and one or more user communication devices wirelessly coupled to the server, examples of which include a sender communication device, a trucker communication device, and a receiver communication device. Ones of the user communication devices display barcodes that encode contents of respective electronic load tickets, and other ones of the user communication devices image the barcodes and decode the barcodes into digital representations of the electronic load tickets, thereby enabling communication of the electronic load tickets, despite lack of wireless connectivity.

Construction Material Digital Chain of Custody System.
A digital chain of custody system resilient to wireless connectivity disruption includes an electronic database that stores electronic load tickets, a server, and one or more user communication devices wirelessly coupled to the server, examples of which include a sender communication device, a trucker communication device, and a receiver communication device. The receiver communication device and/or the server accepts a portion, less than all, of a load ticket identifier and uses a heuristic to identify a corresponding electronic load ticket in the database. In some embodiments, the receiver communication device stores information until wireless connectivity is restored, thereby enabling communication of the electronic load tickets, despite lack of wireless connectivity.

Construction Source Record And Project Reconciliation System With Life Cycle Chain Of Custody Capability
A database reconciliation system stores construction project data, including project specification data for each of a plurality of projects and contractor data for each of a plurality of contractors. The system enables parties to make changes to the project specification data during the course of a project. The system also stores, and receives new, information about a plurality of deliveries of construction materials to respective construction sites. The system automatically associates each delivery of a delivered construction material to an associated contractor and to an associated project. The system may make inferences, based on past deliveries, to make the associations. If the system successfully verifies delivered construction materials comply with respective material specification requirements in the project specification data of the associated project, the system automatically stores delivery confirmation data for the delivered construction material and the associated contractor, thereby providing backing documentation for payments between project stakeholders.

Construction Site Automatic Telematic Data to Project Specification Requirements Reconciliation System
A system and method for managing a construction payment process. One method embodying the invention can include storing a plurality of workflows to control automatic electronic notification sequences of the construction payment process, electronically receiving information related to a construction project from a first participant, automatically electronically transmitting a first notification to a second participant in the construction project based on the information received from the first participant, electronically requesting a response from the second participant related to the first notification, electronically receiving a response from the second participant related to the first notification, automatically validating the response, and automatically electronically transmitting a second notification to a third participant included in the construction project based on the response received from the second participant.

Construction Material Quantity Certification System With Life Cycle Chain of Custody Capability
A construction material quantity certification system includes first and second electronic databases that store construction project data and contractor data, as well as data about a plurality of deliveries of construction materials, including source records that identify sources of the delivered construction materials and chain of custody data. A server is coupled to plurality of devices, such as vehicle weight scales, configured to provide data about respective quantities of construction materials loaded onto respective vehicles. The server automatically obtains data about the respective quantities of construction materials from the plurality of devices, stores the data in the second database, associates each delivery to an associated contractor and to an associated project, updates the chain of custody data and, in response to receipt of a user input, uses data in the databases to automatically store a construction material quantity certification traceable to the source records of construction materials.
